Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or local import fees required by their destination country.
Important: Tate Jacob is not liable for any delays resulting from customs clearance procedures. The release of shipments is at the sole discretion of customs authorities in each destination country.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us immediately at support@tatejacob.com. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request; however, due to our expedited processing system, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation, and you may follow our return process upon receipt of the item.
