Refund & Returns Policy
At Tate Jacob, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent returns process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
For customers in the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Eligibility Requirements

We’ll provide instructions and a confirmation before you ship your parcel.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is received and inspected.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

International Orders & Customs
International deliveries may face customs clearance delays beyond our control. These delays do not affect your right to return or refund, but they may extend delivery times.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
